Business Analyst


  • Responsible for performing and refining business processes.
  • Prepare business case and management presentation to prospect/clients on solution, use case and processes.
  • Ability to map business requirements / needs to functional requirements and solution
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Co-ordinate and manage closely with all key pillars in the company for example Operations, Marketing/ Merchant teams and IT teams
  • Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT/ Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis or functional consultant capacities.
  • Good command of English in verbal, presentation and documentation aspects.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Powerpoint, Word and Excel
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
