Job description:
Responsibilities:
⦁ To manage the accounting, finance, bank matters.
⦁ Responsible for organization’s accounting and financial daily tasks such as daily bank balances monitoring and movement.
⦁ To handle and manage AR (Account Receivable) and AP (Account Payable) transactions.
⦁ To prepare monthly payments and the listing for the payment cycle.
⦁ Responsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the
relevant authority within the deadline.
⦁ Proper documentation and filling for all related documents.
⦁ To handle partial of payroll parts as well.
⦁ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related professional accounting qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in multi-tier Company account.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office suite and accounting software such as SQL, etc).
- SQL Accounting System and Payroll will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skill is required to manage the work-stream across departments.
- Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self-starter
- Strong attention to details and able to work independently.
- Mandarin/Chinese speaking is an advantage.
